Artists and venues (organizations, businesses, etc.) are invited to participate in the 2010 Uptown Arts Stroll.
Note: The deadline for submitting information to include in the printed Uptown Arts Stroll Calendar was 7 May 2010 (information submitted after this date will be updated on this website but will not appear in the printed calendar).

Artists
Visual artists, singers, musicians, dancers, poets, etc., who reside in Washington Heights, Inwood or Marble Hill are invited to participate in the 2010 Uptown Arts Stroll. To do so, please follow these simple steps:
- Identify a potential venues (contact NoMAA for a list of venues) or find new venues on your own.
- Contact the identified venue(s), show them your portfolio, and make arrangements to show your work during the Uptown Arts Stroll or longer.
- When you have booked a venue, let us know about the arrangements — send the following information to NoMAA using the contact form:
- artist name, phone number, e-mail address,
- type of art you will be exhibiting/performing
- venue name, location, inclusive dates of your show/performances.
We will add your information to the venues & artists page. Note: if you let us know by the print deadline of 7 May, your information will also appear in the Uptown Arts Stroll Guide being published by The Manhattan Times.
IMPORTANT: You hang your work at your own risk — venues are NOT responsible for your artwork.

A Night in the Heights Auction/Sale
Call for artists to participate in an art auction fundraiser in support of Isabella Geriatric Center, taking place on Thursday, June 17, 6–9 p.m. Artwork will be available for sale or auctioned off at the event. Information on the artwork and the artist will be featured in a special program during the event. Proceeds from the sale of artwork will be shared between the artist, Isabella’s community-based programs, and NoMAA. Sign up by Tuesday, June 1. For more information, contact NoMAA.

Open Studios
The open studios are when local artists open their studios to visitors. The open studios have been a success during previous Arts Strolls as it provides a closer look to the art produced in Northern Manhattan. To include your studio for visits that weekend, please send your name, studio address, discipline/medium and contact information to NoMAA.
